1. Order Confirmation

Once an order is confirmed, it becomes a final agreement.

2. Cancellation Policy

• If order is cancelled after confirmation, charges will apply.
• For orders up to ₹1,00,000: ₹1,000 – ₹2,000 cancellation charges.
• For orders above ₹1,00,000: ₹2,500 cancellation charge.
• For orders above ₹2,00,000: ₹3,000 cancellation charge.
• If components are already dispatched, cancellation is not valid without charges.

3. Delivery & Logistics

• Delivery is free within Mumbai.
• For locations outside Mumbai, delivery charges and component insurance charges will be applicable.

4. Return & Refund Policy

For Individual Customers

• If fault from our side → full refund.
• No deductions.

For Business / Corporate Clients

• No return after delivery.
• Opened IT products are non-returnable.

5. Product Handling

• Sealed products only.
• Opened = no return.

6. Legal & Compliance

• Registered under GST.
• Registered under MSME.
• Professional Tax compliant.
• Governed by Indian laws (Maharashtra jurisdiction).
• Legal action may apply in case of misuse or financial loss.

7. Acceptance

By placing order, you agree to all terms and conditions mentioned above.
