1. Payment Structure
AMC payment must be made in advance. Standard payment options:
Option A: 100% Advance Payment
Option B: 50% Advance + 50% within 30 days
Option C: Quarterly Payment (for corporate clients only, approval required)
2. Service Activation
AMC services will start only after receiving the initial payment. No service will be provided without payment confirmation.
3. Late Payment Policy
Delay in payment may result in service suspension. Company reserves the right to stop services until dues are cleared.
4. Non-Refundable Policy
All AMC payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
5. Spare Parts & Additional Charges
All hardware parts, replacements, and additional services are chargeable and must be paid separately before installation.
6. Agreement Binding
AMC becomes legally binding after payment and/or signed agreement. Client agrees to all terms upon payment confirmation.
7. Service Suspension Rights
Company reserves the right to suspend services in case of delayed payments, misuse, or violation of terms.
8. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
9. Agreement Validity
AMC validity is 12 months from the activation date. Renewal charges will apply after expiry.
10. Client Acceptance
By making payment, the client confirms acceptance of all AMC terms, conditions, and policies.
