📄 AMC Terms & Conditions (Non-Comprehensive)
1. Service Scope Important
This AMC is strictly Non-Comprehensive. It includes only maintenance, support, and troubleshooting services. Hardware parts and replacements are NOT included.
2. Services Included
Operating system installation, software troubleshooting, virus removal, preventive maintenance visits, remote support, and basic network/printer support as per selected plan.
3. Exclusions
Hardware replacement, physical damage, liquid damage, electrical issues, data recovery, licensed software, accessories, and third-party issues are not included. All parts will be chargeable.
4. Onsite Support Policy
Onsite visits are provided as per plan. Extra visits are chargeable. Service hours are 10 AM to 7 PM. Emergency or after-hours services will incur additional charges.
5. Response Time (SLA)
Remote support: within 2–6 working hours. Onsite support: within 24–48 working hours. Delays may occur due to workload or external conditions.
6. Client Responsibilities
Client must ensure proper power supply, safe environment, licensed software usage, and regular data backups. Negligence may result in denial of service.
7. Data Safety
Company is not responsible for any data loss. Client must take backup before any service activity.
8. Payment Terms
AMC charges must be paid in advance. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Services begin only after full payment.
9. Contract Validity
Contract validity is 12 months from the start date. Unused visits will not be carried forward.
10. Spare Parts Policy
All spare parts will be charged separately. Availability depends on market conditions. Warranty is as per manufacturer.
11. Service Limitations
Old systems, third-party repairs, and ISP/network issues are not covered. Performance improvement is not guaranteed.
12. Termination
Company reserves the right to terminate service in case of misuse, non-payment, or misconduct.
13. Liability Limitation
Company liability is limited to the AMC amount paid. No responsibility for indirect or business losses.
14. Force Majeure
Company is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen events.
15. Agreement Acceptance
By purchasing AMC, the client agrees to all terms and conditions mentioned above.
AMC Payment Terms
💰 AMC Payment Terms & Legal Conditions

1. Payment Structure

AMC payment must be made in advance. Standard payment options:

Option A: 100% Advance Payment
Option B: 50% Advance + 50% within 30 days
Option C: Quarterly Payment (for corporate clients only, approval required)

2. Service Activation

AMC services will start only after receiving the initial payment. No service will be provided without payment confirmation.

3. Late Payment Policy

Delay in payment may result in service suspension. Company reserves the right to stop services until dues are cleared.

4. Non-Refundable Policy

All AMC payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

5. Spare Parts & Additional Charges

All hardware parts, replacements, and additional services are chargeable and must be paid separately before installation.

6. Agreement Binding

AMC becomes legally binding after payment and/or signed agreement. Client agrees to all terms upon payment confirmation.

7. Service Suspension Rights

Company reserves the right to suspend services in case of delayed payments, misuse, or violation of terms.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.

9. Agreement Validity

AMC validity is 12 months from the activation date. Renewal charges will apply after expiry.

10. Client Acceptance

By making payment, the client confirms acceptance of all AMC terms, conditions, and policies.
