📄 Comprehensive AMC Terms & Conditions
1. Service Scope Important
This AMC is Comprehensive and includes maintenance, support, and selected hardware coverage as per plan. Coverage is subject to conditions and exclusions mentioned below.
2. Services Included
Includes OS support, software troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, onsite & remote support, network assistance, and hardware servicing.
3. Hardware Coverage Policy
Selected hardware parts are covered under AMC depending on the plan. Replacement will be done only if repair is not possible. High-value components (Motherboard, Processor, etc.) may be covered conditionally.
4. Exclusions
Physical damage, liquid damage, electrical damage, theft, fire, unauthorized repairs, and misuse are not covered. Consumables are excluded.
5. Fair Usage Policy
Unusual or excessive hardware failures may be subject to review. Company reserves the right to limit repeated replacements.
6. Onsite & SLA
Onsite support will be provided as per plan. SLA: 24–48 working hours. Emergency services may be prioritized.
7. Data Responsibility
Company is not responsible for any data loss. Client must maintain proper backups at all times.
8. Payment Terms
Full or partial advance payment required. AMC is non-refundable. Services begin after payment confirmation.
9. Spare Replacement Policy
Replaced parts may be repaired/refurbished. Brand/model may vary based on availability.
10. Contract Validity
AMC valid for 12 months. Renewal required after expiry. No carry forward of unused services.
11. Termination
Service may be terminated in case of misuse, payment issues, or violation of terms.
12. Liability Limitation
Company liability is limited to AMC amount paid. No liability for indirect losses or downtime.
13. Force Majeure
Company not responsible for delays due to external events such as disasters, strikes, or restrictions.
14. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
15. Acceptance
By purchasing AMC, client agrees to all terms and conditions mentioned above.
Comprehensive AMC Payment Terms
💰 Comprehensive AMC Payment Terms & Legal Conditions

1. Payment Structure

Option A: 100% Advance Payment (Recommended)
Option B: 60% Advance + 40% within 30 days
Option C: Quarterly Payment (Only for approved corporate clients)

2. Service Activation

Services will start only after receiving the advance payment. No hardware support or replacement will be provided before payment confirmation.

3. Hardware Replacement Policy

Hardware replacement will be done only after approval and verification. Company reserves the right to repair instead of replacement.

4. Claim Approval Terms

All hardware claims are subject to inspection. Misuse, damage, or abnormal usage will lead to rejection of claims.

5. Fair Usage Policy

Excessive or repeated hardware failures may be reviewed. Company may limit or reject further claims under fair usage policy.

6. Late Payment Policy

Delay in payment will result in immediate suspension of services including hardware support.

7. Non-Refundable Policy

All AMC payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

8. Spare Parts Condition

Replaced parts may be new or refurbished depending on availability. Equivalent performance will be ensured.

9. Service Suspension Rights

Company reserves the right to suspend service in case of non-payment, misuse, or violation of terms.

10. Liability Limitation

Company liability is limited to AMC amount paid. No liability for business loss, downtime, or indirect damages.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.

12. Agreement Binding

AMC becomes legally binding after payment and/or signed agreement. Client agrees to all terms upon payment.

13. Contract Validity

AMC is valid for 12 months from activation date. Renewal charges applicable after expiry.
